Renovation of an existing 32,000 square foot building with 102,000 square foot new addition located at a highly visible industrial building in the Grays Ferry section of Philadelphia, adjacent to the Schuylkill expressway. This project was a three-story new car dealership with vehicle showroom and service bays. Over 1350 Sprinkler heads, Fire Pump and Standpipes were installed, which also included unique special hazard car stacker rack protection.
