Construction of a new 17 story, 532,000 square foot, on campus Class A office space, Physician and Administrative Office Building. Over 5,400 new sprinkler heads with new fire pump and standpipe infrastructure. The building was designed and installed to allow a potential future conversion to ambulatory care functions if a future need were to arise. Completion of this project is the spring of 2023.
